Usability Evaluation of a National Mobile-Based Automation System for Pre-Hospital Emergency Care (ASAYAR)

Introduction: Emergency Medical Services (EMS) is one of the vital links in care chain, and its services need to be improved. These can available through mobile-based automation system, which low usability level these systems lead decrease acceptance, satisfaction, confidence users especially emergency team. The purpose this study was evaluation a national mobile- based system among pre-hospital team.Material Methods: This cross-sectional conducted on team members Semnan Shahroud Universities Sciences 2022. EMS done using Software Usability Measurement Inventory (SUMI) questionnaire. Multiple logistic regression models were used analyze data.Results: One hundred eighty-eight from 31 centers province participated present study. mean total score 61.93±15.37, highest related efficiency feature (67.19±19.85) lowest learnability (48.21±29.29).
